The Centre for Hyperpolarisation in Magnetic Resonance has a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment which is used to develop hyperpolarisation techniques. Here are some of the instruments which are available to the Centre. The 3 T clinical scanner is housed in the York Neuroimaging Centre adjacent to CHyM. The 600 and 700 MHz NMR systems in the York Centre for Magnetic Resonance in the Department of Chemistry are also used in CHyM's research. Other advanced analytical techniques are also employed.
