High throughput 2D-IR spectroscopy
The two-dimensional infrared (2D-IR) facility provides access to ultrafast 2D-IR spectroscopy for biomolecular analysis.
Particular strengths include:
- Analysis of protein secondary structure and dynamics in H₂O-rich solutions
- Protein-ligand interactions
- Nucleic acid structure and dynamics
- Biofluid analysis.
The facility is led by Professor Neil Hunt.
