Biography
Francesco has worked in CHE since May 2017 and his background is in economics. His current research focuses mostly on economic evaluations and the assessment of opportunity cost in the social (or long-term) care sector in England. He worked also on topics about hospital performance including hospital efficiency, quality and competition.
