Andrea has been part of CHE since January 2022. Andrea has a PhD in Economics from the Department of Economics and Related Studies from the University of York. Her current research focuses mostly on evaluating the causal effects of public expenditure on adult social care in England. Andrea is also interested in applying statistical methods for health inequality and inequity measurement and, overall, applied microeconometrics. Andrea has also worked on topics related to micro-costing health interventions, management in health, and community-based organisation performance.
