CAHR and The International Journal of Human Rights invite articles for a 2014 Special Issue on "Legal Empowerment in Transitions".

This Special Issue will examine legal empowerment programs during political transitions from authoritarianism and/or conflict. We welcome articles from policymakers, practitioners, and scholars across a broad range of disciplines (including anthropology, development, economics, human rights, law, peace studies, politics, and sociology).
