Protecting Human Rights Defenders at Risk

CAHR will host ten human rights defenders from around the world.

Foundation Open Society Institute and the Alan & Babette Sainsbury Charitable Fund have committed to providing financial support for CAHR's Protective Fellowship Scheme.

In 2012-13, CAHR will host ten human rights defenders from around the world, selected for their outstanding commitment to the defense of human rights.

The Scheme provides human rights defenders with protection, rest and respite, capacity-building, and opportunities for advocacy and networking.
