TRANSIST fieldwork in Mozambique

In March, fieldwork took place in Maputo, Mozambique, as part of the TRANSIST research project.
The project is based at CAHR, Stockholm Environment Institute (York), Strathclyde Law School, and Lund University Centre for Sustainability Studies (Sweden).
It is climate change focused and is examining residents' experiences of flooding and sanitation in an informal settlement in the city. It is using a sociolegal lens to understand local perceptions of law and legality and how these relate to residents’ ‘climate mobilities’.
