Nobuhiko Yamanaka

Professor of Organization Studies at Rikkyo Graduate School of Business Administration (Rikkyo Business School) and the College of Business, Rikkyo University, Tokyo, Japan. His research fields are in organization theory, organization design, innovation and creativity management. His current research focuses on relationship between organization design and innovation, creative performance.
