Dr. Yun Liu is a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance, joining the School for Business and Society in August 2023. She holds a BSc in Physics from Fudan University, as well as an MSc and a PhD in Economics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Her research interest lies in the development of theoretical and quantitative models within the fields of corporate finance, macro finance, supply chain finance and macroeconomics. Her recent works predominantly centers on firms’ (alternative) financing strategies under various policy risks, with a particular interest in environmental regulations. She welcomes collaborations on both theoretical and empirical research.
