Profile

Biography

I have been working in my current role since 2021, having previously taught for The University in a variety of roles. I also have experience of teaching students of a wide range of ages and backgrounds in other countries. The majority of my experience abroad has been living and teaching in Indonesia and I therefore speak a little Bahasa Indonesia.

As a member of the DACS team, I have predominantly worked in the School for Business and Society. For the past few years, I have mainly been working with MSc International Business Suite students and have enjoyed the opportunity to support and share their learning experiences.

My main research interests are teaching writing in grammar, use of space in the learning environment, and mindset (particularly productive failure) in education.
