Welfare Policymaking through Multidirectional Learning: The Case of China’s Pilot Program of Public Long-Term Care Insurance
My research interests centre around the policy process of health and social care reforms. I am particularly interested in the concepts of policy learning and experimentation, and how they interact to influence health and social care policymaking. I am keen to explore both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Prior to starting my PhD, I worked for three years as a research assistant in Hong Kong. I hold a BA in Greater China Studies from the Education University of Hong Kong and an MSc in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
