Yujia Luo
Doctoral Researcher, Graduate Teaching Assistant
Research
Research topic: On the relationship between supply chain resilience and supply chain sustainability
Research interests: Her PhD research focuses on supply chain (SC) resilience and sustainability, where she examines the moderating roles of SC resilience in the associations between sustainable initiatives and performance outcomes. She constructs the measurement of SC resilience from multiple dimensions with firm-level empirical data considering the focal firms, SC dyads, and SC network, which contributes to the empirical knowledge of supply chain resilience literature. Her research also contributes to the deployment of complex adaptive systems theory and social network theory in the operations and SC management field.
Yujia has worked on research with a range of research methods: (a) regression analysis, (b) social network analysis, (c) data envelop analysis (DEA), and (d) mathematical modelling. During her PhD, she has presented her research at several academic conferences, including the 29th EurOMA Conference, Berlin; the 35th BAM Conference; the 3rd Conference on Sustainable Supply Chains; the 35th BAM Conference, among others. She also collaborates on research projects related to performance evaluation and optimization in specific industries with other scholars.
