Biography
Jialing is a Career Development Fellow at the School for Business and Society since September 2023. She received her PhD at University of York in September 2023. She holds a BA in control system from Shandong University in China. After completing her undergraduate degrees, she pursued MSc in Actuarial management and Actuarial science in Bayes Business School and University of Southampton.
Research
Overview
I’m interested in financial time series analysis, dependence modelling and quantitative risk management methodology in insurance. I’m now working on the vine copula models in financial and macroeconomic applications.
