Biography

Jen joined the School for Business and Society in 2024, bringing range of research support and management experience from roles at University of Leeds, University of Huddersfield & Sheffield Hallam University.

In her role as Programme Manager for the national School for Social Care Research (SSCR), Jen works with the SSCR Director, Yvonne Birks, to lead the strategic development and delivery of the School. She oversees the directorate support team and coordinates activity across the seven member institutions. The SSCR is funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) and its directorate team is based at the University of York.
