Newton Fund impact project to go ahead
Resilient Food Systems: Coping with Uncertainty and Shocks, a Newton Fund impact project in collaboration with Chiang Mai University in Thailand, is set to go ahead despite recent cuts to ODA funding. The research will be led by the University's Research Champion for Risk, Evidence and Decision Making, Professor Richard Friend, alongside Professor Bob Doherty from the Management School as the Co-Investigator. The new work will build on a previous Newton Funded institutional links with Chiang Mai University on Food Systems.
