Research with the Public - One-Day Conference

The School for Business and Society is hosting a one-day conference to bring together researchers working on studies that have involved the public. This includes studies that have included Community, Patient and/or Public Involvement elements, co-produced studies, those that have worked alongside People With Lived Experience (PWLE), and Citizen Science.

The aim is to gain a better, joined-up understanding of the different ways the public can be involved in research and to enable collaborations that may lead to interdisciplinary grant applications and fellowships in this area.

The conference will include talks by external researchers and the people they have worked with, and the display of posters on public engagement activities.
