Teaching and Learning

The Borthwick is keen to support teaching and learning within and without the University.

Our Digitised Archive Resources for Teaching (DART) service is available for anyone running a taught course at the University of York, providing digitised content from the archive for use in teaching. If you are looking to create new content using our archive collections, you can find out more about how do this in an inclusive way, using the Inclusive Learning @ York toolkit. 

We have guidance on planning funded research projects, and are always happy to provide further assistance where we can.

We have a number of freely available online resource packs for schools, for Key Stages 2-4, drawing on material from the archive.
