How to give feedback

You can give us your feedback in the way that's easiest for you:

  • In person at the searchroom reception

  • Fill in a comments card. They're available at the reception desk and at the Library Help Desk.
  • Get in touch on Twitter or Facebook

You can also let us know your thoughts when we run our annual survey or watch out for ongoing satisfaction monitoring of specific services.

Your feedback is a vital part of this. We value your views and opinions and we welcome all suggestions and constructive feedback - positive or negative.

If you send us your comments by email or telephone, you'll receive a reply within five working days. Comments card replies may take slightly longer.

What to do if things have gone wrong

If you are unhappy please tell us.

We know that occasionally things go wrong and we welcome the opportunity to deal with these situations quickly and put things right.
