Carbohydrate Analysis

Through recent technological advances, the isolation, separation and detection of picomoles of glycan are now possible. This means that microgram amounts of biologically relevant glycoproteins are now amenable to analysis. These protocols can also be successfully used to study glycans from polysaccharides, proteoglycans and other glycoconjugates.
