Types of sit / stand workstations

Sit / stand workstations generally fall into two categories:

  • full desk- the whole workstation can be raised or lowered to suit both sitting and standing positions. This has the advantage of providing access to all the items on the desk without the need for stooping.
  • desk top style- a separate unit positioned on top of the non-adjustable desktop.
