International Liaison Assistant (China)

This post involves assisting the Postgraduate Administrator in communicating with Chinese applicants and agencies, making phone calls in Chinese, and acting as a point of contact for enquiries from prospective Chinese students.

  • Funding: Casual hourly paid appointments. Assistants are appointed on a needs basis for 2-5 hours a week.
  • Academic year: 2024/25
  • Open to: EU, International (non-EU) and UK (home) students
  • Qualification level: Postgraduate research and Postgraduate taught

You'll be required to work two to three hours a week during semester time.

Eligibility

Open to EU, International (non-EU) and UK (home) students.

Open to students in the School of Arts and Creative Technologies.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a necessity.
