About the speaker

Sarinrat Thomas

Sarinrat Thomas is a dramatherapist, actor, acting coach and self-development workshop facilitator. She graduated and qualified as a dramatherapist in the UK in 2000 and has a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. Sarinrat is also a registered dramatherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), UK.

'It has always been my passion to promote mental health, personal and social development through creativity, self-expression and the therapeutic use of drama and dramatherapy. As a facilitator and teacher, I realise the potential of drama and dramatherapy for learning about self-awareness, self-improvement, healing process, understanding self and others and embracing positive changes into life.

As an acting coach, my aim is not only for my students to become a better actor. I hope they would also understand themselves and others more in a deeper level, as human-beings who feel, behave and react, more than just another character to play.'
