Biography

Jen joined the Archaeology Data Service (ADS) in August 2021 as a User Support Assistant. She has a BSc in Zoology with Evolutionary Psychology from Liverpool University and a MSc in Zooarchaeology from the University of York. Prior to joining the ADS, Jen worked in the insurance industry for ten years as a broker. Jen is responsible for dealing with queries submitted through the ADS Helpdesk, providing routine costings for commercial enquiries and raising awareness of ADS collections and work through social media.
