Leverhulme Early Career Fellowships: call for expressions of interest
The Department of Archaeology is inviting expressions of interest from eligible early career researchers to apply for a Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship
Leverhulme Early Career Fellowships provide a 3-year full-time post giving early career researchers the opportunity to undertake a significant piece of publishable work. The Department of Archaeology is inviting expressions of interest from eligible applicants.
- Applicants must fulfil the funder's eligibility criteria.
- We are particularly interesting in supporting applicants who can develop their teaching experience by contributing to our Masters programmes.
To submit an expression of interest please send (1) a full academic CV (covering research, teaching and administration experience) and (2) a short outline of your research proposal (max. 1 side of A4) to archaeology-research-support@york.ac.uk.
The deadline for expressions of interest is midnight on Sunday 19 September 2021.
Please note that this is an invitation for expressions of interest only. Successful candidates will be supported to submit an application to the Leverhulme Trust.
You can read more about the scheme and find the eligibility rules on the Leverhulme Trust's website.
