THE shortlist: Outstanding Research Supervisor

Our Head of Department Professor Nicky Milner has been shortlisted in the Outstanding Research Supervisor of the Year category of the Times Higher Education Awards 2019. The THE Awards are widely known as the "Oscars of higher education" with hundreds of entries in 23 categories. Nicky was nominated by one of her PhD students, Annabell Zander, and her application was supported by 9 outstanding testimonies of her past and current research students.

The winner will be announced at the THE Awards ceremony in London on Thursday 28 November 2019.
