Practicing Gratitude: A Thanksgiving Wellbeing Workshop

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we invite you to join us for a special 'Wellbeing Workshop', looking at how gratitude can help to boost our mental health.
This free online session will be run by Martin Furber, a Mental Health First Aid England Instructor and Mental Health and Wellbeing Trainer. The workshop will give you the opportunity to learn tips and tricks of how to change your mindset during times of stress to thoughts of gratitude, and how this can be a form of self care.
We'll also learn a little bit about the Mentally Fit York Fund and how at York we're helping to transform mental health on a local, national and international scale.
Whether you're looking to deepen your sense of thankfulness, reconnect with what matters most, or simply enjoy a relaxing time, this workshop offers a space for you to cultivate appreciation and share in the spirit of the season.
