Dashboard is the University's system for registering, booking and paying casual workers.

Who has access?

Workers

Anyone can register as a casual worker:

• Register as a worker
• Guidance for casual workers, including Dashboard registration

Authorised staff

Each department has staff who can book and authorise payment for casual work.

Training for staff

Online training for Dashboard is available in the LMS. It covers worker registration, bookings and authorisation.

Launch online training in the Learning Management System (LMS)

All staff can access the training, but it will be most useful to those who have access to Dashboard.

Communications

A Google Group has been set up for communication with and between departmental users of Dashboard. You can join (or leave!) the group at https://groups.google.com/a/york.ac.uk/g/dashboard-users-group/about.
