The Rewards Extra benefits platform is receiving an upgrade on 1 April. The new platform will have a familiar layout, but a new interface and enhanced features will make engaging with discounts and benefits more simple and straightforward.
What does this mean for staff?
There won't be any disruption to your benefit coverage and all your details will be transferred to the new platform. You will still access the web based platform in the same way. However, a new App has been released for mobile devices. To continue accessing Rewards Extra on your mobile device, staff should download the 'Hapi 2.0' App available on Google Play and the App Store.
What is Rewards Extra?
Rewards Extra is the package of benefits available to all University of York employees. Rewards Extra includes savings on things such as childcare, transport, health cover as well as salary linked savings and loans - plus discounts with almost 200 retailers.
