As part of our university-wide initiative to review and redesign the Performance Development Review (PDR) process, we're launching a stakeholder survey to gather insights from across the University. This is a crucial step in shaping a new process that works better for everyone, and your role as a manager is key to ensuring we gather meaningful feedback from your team.

How You Can Help
We need your support to encourage participation within your team and across the organisation. Here's how you can make an impact:
- Discuss the Survey with Your Team: Talk about its importance during your next team meeting or in 1:1 discussions.
- Allocate Time for Participation: Consider providing a scheduled time for colleagues to complete the survey - perhaps as part of a weekly team meeting.
- Lead by Example: Fill out the survey yourself and share your experience with your team.
What to Expect
- The survey will launch in early February and will remain open until 21 February.
- It will take less than 10 minutes to complete, and all responses will remain confidential.
- We'll share an overall summary of insights and next steps once the feedback is analysed.
