What is Rewards Extra?

Rewards Extra is the employee benefits package available to all UoY employees. It includes savings on things such as childcare, transport, health cover as well as salary linked savings and loans plus discounts with hundreds of retailers. Find out more about Rewards Extra and login to the platform

Annual renewal window - coming soon

This year's annual renewal window will run from 1 September to 30 September 2023. It's a good time to review your existing selections in light of new policy rates, and make any new selections for the 2023/24 benefit year (which starts on 1 October 2023). Look out for an email from Personal Group, who host the Rewards Extra platform, inviting you to login and explore.

Please note that this is also the only time of year when existing employees can take up or increase their Critical Illness cover. (Don't worry, the rest of our benefits, and all the discounts, are available to select all year round).

All employees are invited to come along to the drop in session to find out more about the employee benefits and discounts on offer. Members of HR's Reward Team will be on hand to answer your questions. They can also help you to download the Hapi app, which means you can access the hundreds of Rewards Extra discounts when you are out and about.

All colleagues who attend the drop-in session will be invited to enter a prize draw to win a £50 Love2Shop voucher.
