The theme of this year's awareness week is anxiety
Anxiety is something everyone can experience in their life. Some of the reasons for feeling like this can be linked to a job, study, a relationship, social situation, how we feel about ourselves or a change in our life. It is a normal emotion, but the more often and the longer we feel anxious, the more it can become a problem and affect our day to day life.
