Please be aware that there is currently a delay in the role review process. Where a role evaluation panel or scoring panel is required, we usually aim to turn requests round in 6 weeks. Due to a recent increase in the volume of requests, all of the scheduled panel dates are now full. Additional panel dates were added to deal with the spike in requests, but these are also full up until the Christmas break. Therefore please be aware that role review requests submitted in the coming months will not be reviewed until the new year.

We apologise for the delay and ask for your patience and understanding as we work to clear the backlog.

The evaluation of new roles is unaffected by these delays. The Reward Team will endeavour to turn these around within the usual period of ten working days.
