The new system, Flexitime and Leave, has been developed by IT and is already in use in a number of departments. Some departments will move to the new system this October and the rest will follow in October 2022. (List of departments in each phase).

The system combines the recording of flexitime and the management of annual leave with features such as Google Calendar integration. When introduced, it will replace systems like Apogee and the leave management part of MyView.

Departments who will start using the system this October will be contacted in due course about the steps they need to take to set up the system in their department.
