Some employee benefits require HR approval in order to progress your application. Over the extended winter break HR colleagues will not be available to approve applications.

The benefits affected are:

  • Cycle to Work
  • Rental Deposit Loan
  • Train Ticket Loan
  • Bus Ticket Loan

If you are planning to make an application for any of these benefits in December please make sure you do so by noon on Thursday 16 December. Any benefit applications received after this deadline will not be processed until Tuesday 4 January.

If you want to apply for, or make changes to, any other benefits through Rewards Extra then you can do so at any time in December and your selection/change will be captured to take effect from 1 January 2022.

The platform will remain open during the holiday period so you can continue to take advantage of the great ranges of discounts we have on offer.
