From 16 March, you will be able to sign in to eRecruiter with your usual username and password.

This change will affect staff using their personal York IT account to access eRecruiter. From 16 March, you will need to sign in at this link:

• https://york-ats-sso.hireserve.com/

Many staff are prompted to sign in to eRecruiter by emails from the system when they are part of an selection panel. These emails will include the new login details.

When you follow the new link, you will be redirected to the University's single sign-on (SSO) page. Once you have signed in you will be returned to eRecruiter.

Non-personal accounts and external users

Anyone using a non-personal account or an external email address to access eRecruiter should continue to use the current login portal at https://recruitment.unit4.com.
