We'll be launching the new eRecruiter manager portal in the New Year.

From the week commencing January 11, 2021, you will find a new manager's portal for eRecruiter has replaced the older version. This new version should be easier to use with an interface designed to better handle your shortlisting as a hiring manager. Here are the biggest changes:

Shortlisting

When you go to shortlist your candidates, you will now see that all candidates are set to Review rather than On-hold. This change is to ensure it is clear which candidates need actioning on the new interface.

Staff who are shortlisting can add comments to the candidates and these comments are visible to all shortlisting staff working on that job. This feature doesn't, at present, replace the need to complete your shortlisting forms. If this feature proves viable to replace the shortlisting form in the future we shall make an appropriate announcement about the change to the recruitment process.

Interviewing stage

Following shortlisting, HR will handle setting up interviews (following current process) and these will now appear in the interviews screen. From here you can quickly preview an applicant's application and associated documentation including the ability to download and print applications where required.

Who this affects

All new and current jobs in eRecruiter from the week commencing January 11 should have the new interface enabled. If you are part way through a shortlisting phase all currently recorded data should transfer straight across into the new interface including any comments on candidate's applications.
