Delegation Selection Criteria
Delegates will be prioritised based on the following principles:
- Leaders whose role has the potential of greatest reach / impact
- Leaders with largest teams (or teams reporting to teams)
- Leaders likely to benefit most from learning
Alternative Delivery Model
As an alternative to the above delivery model, this programme can also be delivered to Leadership Teams. The application and therefore impact of this delivery model is likely to be even greater than delivering in an open course to disparate leaders. For further information, please contact POD members.
What about other leadership development programmes?
From the suite of programmes mentioned above, the current state of play is:
- So you want to be a manager? - is now being delivered online
- Line Manager Fundamentals - is now being delivered online
- Team leader / Supervisor programme - currently being delivered as an apprenticeship programme
- Strategic Leadership - is currently being reviewed
