Associate Lecturer role

Teaching staff at Grade 6 may be required to lecture, lead seminars, tutorials and other forms of undergraduate and graduate teaching and are expected to demonstrate substantial and successful activities in the following areas:

Teaching and the promotion of learning

• Teach in a variety of settings
• Develop own materials to meet learning objectives.

Administrative and support responsibilities

• Provide, with mentoring, help and support to students
• Identify learning needs of students and define objectives

Involvement in scholarship and development

• Engage in independent scholarly work to support own teaching.
