Engaged and skilled workforce | To measure levels of staff engagement, promote an open, inclusive culture and take actions to encourage all staff to speak positively of the University, feel valued and be motivated to do their best |
Health and well-being | To create a working environment that promotes healthy behaviours and helps staff to optimise their physical and psychological well-being |
