Development Partner - Accreditation and Apprenticeships

I have worked in learning and development for 11 years, at four different universities and across a broad range of programmes, including leadership and management. I have many years’ experience of leading accredited development programmes, including designing, accrediting, delivering and assessing programmes from start to finish.

My portfolio of accredited tools includes MBTI Step I Foundation Practitioner, EQi and EQ360, Quintax and SDI. I am also a licenced Springboard facilitator and have been working as an ILM-accredited coach for seven years.

At York, I am leading work on the provision of the Apprenticeship Levy and the accreditation of some of our training provision.
