Secure your free space for this talk where you'll hear from the catering and hospitality team as they discuss their efforts to achieve the University of York's sustainability goals and the positive impact of their practices and sustainability schemes on our consumption. Head of Food Development, Andrew Wood, will showcase a dish that exemplifies responsible consumption, which attendees will have the opportunity to taste.

Additionally, the team will share the recipe for those who want to recreate the dish at home.
