We’re excited to announce a new offer available to students from next year. Environmental Sustainability at York (ESAY) will be delivering a suite of sustainability-related York Interdisciplinary Modules (YIMs) available to all students on an electives-basis in 2023/24.
These modules have been designed by colleagues from across the University and will equip students to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to solve local, regional and global sustainability challenges.
Take a look below at our sustainability-related YIMs on offer:
- Future of Food (available for 2nd Year undergraduates, semester 2)
- Climate Crisis Action Lab (available for 3rd Year undergraduates, semester 2)
- Sustainability Clinic (available to 3rd Year undergraduates, semester 1)
- Sustainability Clinic (available to 3rd Year undergraduates, semester 2 [repeat of semester 1])
- Sustainability and Policy (available to 3rd Year undergraduates, semester 2)
Students should apply to take a YIM using the usual electives process in their Department/School, and should contact the module conveners listed on the module catalogue with any questions.
