Tell us a bit about your background
I am originally from Armenia, lived in South Korea for five years and have lived in Cambridge since I was 10.
Why did you want to get involved with the Student Expert Panel?
I was a panel member in the two previous middle ground events and loved contributing my opinion and listening to others. I’ve always enjoyed debate-style discussions and found them intellectually challenging and educational to be a part of.
What are you involved with at York, and what are you interested in outside of your studies?
I am a member of the York Comedy Society and perform stand-up.
I quite like painting and playing the electric guitar and splurging on sapphic novels, plants and stationery
