Tell us a bit about your background
I’m from Surrey and am half Dutch so I’ve got a lot of my family there. I did my first year in English and Philosophy and am now doing straight Philosophy.
Why did you want to get involved with the Student Expert Panel?
I’d like to be able to help the University become more of a community where everyone can feel supported. I want to contribute towards making more positive change.
What are you involved with at York, and what are you interested in outside of your studies?
At York I’m part of the dance society and yoga society. Also I love to read, so I’m part of Tipsygate (would recommend).
