Following his appointment in September 2019, Vice-Chancellor Charlie Jeffery began to develop a strategy for the University for the next ten years. Consultation with staff and students began in October 2019.
Based on those conversations, our new Vision for York provides a framework to think about what it means to be York and how we, as a community, can work together to deliver our aims as we look ahead to 2030.
Our change programme
There are three key areas of change proposed to address the issues identified in the conversations in autumn 2019. These changes will put the University in a better position to achieve its strategic goals over the next decade.
As the change programme develops, we are posting calls for engagement on the proposals.
