Kristy-Lee Seaton

Kristy-Lee started her working life in the 1990s in the Information Technology sector. As a fresh, young industry that was constantly evolving, no one had time to install any glass ceilings.

Now pursuing her passion by undertaking a second career in Archaeology, Kristy-Lee has been fortunate enough to have had strong female mentors from the start. However, she is aware that this is not the same experience for others.

Kristy-Lee wants to create an environment for all women to be supported as she has been, and she is excited to be a part of the Women in Research community.
