We are a flexible resource that can be deployed on a temporary, short term basis where needed the most within Central Professional Services.
We provide high level (Grade 5) administrative support, while managing our workloads in the Strategic Planning & Performance Directorate where we're based; this includes helping you to deliver continuous services with minimal disruption, or the need to stop other pieces of work.
Due to the variety of our work, we're happy to work from our local office in Strategic Planning & Performance, face-to-face in the teams we're supporting or work from home.
There will be times when our competing priorities and organised schedules will necessitate us being able to choose where we work; to suit access to resources, people and systems as well as engage in our directorate meetings.
We recognise the value of being able to integrate into teams so please do consider this in your request. A flexible approach to our support is appreciated to provide us with autonomy and choice to deliver the best outputs while managing our commitments and schedules across the different areas.
We are are line managed by Cheryl Saggers who will maintain line management responsibilities throughout all PSSO assignments.
You can request support through our support request form.
This will then be reviewed by our team line manager, Cheryl Saggers, who will triage and delegate the requests, as well as create the initial brief/handover for the PSSO(s) assigned to your case.
