John Burnside is a poet, novelist and autobiographer, who teaches creative writing at St. Andrews. His Black Cat Bone (Cape, 2011) won the Forward Prize and T. S. Eliot Prize, and his latest collection is All One Breath (2014).
Writers at York offers a lively programme of public readings and workshops, and aims to celebrate and explore the work of emerging and established contemporary writers.
